This free, 15-minute conversation is a chance for us to connect, ask questions, and see if we're the right fit for you or your family. No pressure, no commitment; just a warm conversation to help us decide our next steps together with confidence! We’re here to support you every step of the way.
Child + Adolescent Counselling
Counselling for children and teens is designed to meet them where they’re at. Your therapist works collaboratively with your child or teen to explore emotions, challenges, relationships, and strengths in a way that feels supportive and age-appropriate. Every one of our therapists brings their own unique style and therapeutic approach that is always tailored to your child’s needs and personality.
Parent or caregiver involvement is often a part of the process too. We will provide regular check-ins + support sessions to ensure you feel informed and empowered alongside your child as you begin to address new strategies and environmental shifts together.
Individual Adult Counselling
Therapy is a space that’s just for you. Each session is shaped around your goals, addressing current stressors, and identifying patterns of behaviour. Together with your therapist, you’ll set a direction and begin building tools to support your growth, healing, and clarity. You are the ultimate driver of this path, and your therapist will offer feedback, provide opportunities for reflection and perspective-taking and will also monitor progress. Every one of our therapists brings their own style, experience, and therapeutic approach. However, what we all share is a focus on building a safe, respectful, and collaborative relationship with you.
Parent + Family Counselling
Parenting and raising your family can be tough, we know! Sometimes it can be useful to walk through these tough family and/or parenting challenges with a therapist beside you. These counselling sessions aim to support family dynamics, connection and communication. No matter what the make-up or nature of your family looks like. Whether family members are biological, adopted, blended, step-related or any combination of the above, there is always opportunity for progress.
Family counselling also describes psychological care that supports children who are sharing time between two families.
Couples Counselling
Every relationship has its own beautiful seasons, times of harmony, and times of strain. Couples therapy offers a compassionate and supportive space where you and your partner can slow down, speak honestly, and feel truly heard. Uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, learn tools to navigate conflict with more ease, and reconnect. Couples therapy provides a space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface and to move through stuck places together. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or simply want to be more intentional in your relationship, therapy offers a path toward connection, healing, and growth.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization + Reprocessing) Therapy is a powerful, evidence-based therapy tool used to help people heal from trauma, distressing experiences, and emotional blocks. In this session, your therapist will guide you through structured steps that include recalling specific memories while using bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements, tapping, or sound). This process helps your brain "reprocess" experiences in a way that reduces emotional intensity and allows for healing.
Everyone’s experience with EMDR is unique. Some sessions may feel more reflective, while others can bring up strong emotions. Your therapist will always pace the work according to your needs.
Psychoeducational Assessments
We offer comprehensive psychological assessments to understand your child’s unique strengths, challenges, and developmental needs. This process includes a thorough review of developmental and medical history, behavioral observations, standardized testing, and input from both parents and teachers. This collaborative and individualized approach allows us to identify potential diagnoses such as ADHD, ASD, or giftedness, and provide clear, personalized recommendations for support at home, school, and beyond.
These sessions are intended for parent(s) ONLY to attend virtually. The purpose of this booking is to obtain background information and plan for upcoming testing sessions.
